Associate
David works on organisational restructuring, on the productivity of people, processes and technology, and on improving customer service delivery. His clients include businesses in the energy, technology, and financial services sectors, government departments, private equity firms and mid size, high growth private businesses.
Previously he held international Board posts in the hospitality, technology, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors, specialising in improving business performance. He has extensive experience of M&A, process re-engineering, and outsourcing. He holds degrees from Cambridge University and is a charity and pension fund Trustee.
