What we do – Board services
We work with clients, frequently at the interface of the board and executive team, to help ensure organisations are properly equipped to meet their objectives. We work to:
- improve the effectiveness of organisations in implementing strategy and responding quickly and appropriately to changing conditions; this includes organisational development, the establishment and development of regulatory functions, as well as executive recruitment and development
- promote effective governance arrangements and better corporate organisation, particularly in unusual or complex circumstances, and reviewing the effectiveness of board performance
- develop board and senior management awareness, capability and performance; this includes training, coaching and facilitation
- resolve problems between people likely to prevent the achievement of important goals and facilitate dialogue to reach desirable outcomes
